That will fall
within our Minerals Division and you will need to go through our Grand Junction office to get approval for the gravel
holes. I am working on the cost estimate for the 3 included Coal exploration holes and will have that to you in an
adequacey letter early next week. I will be in the office next week if you would like to discuss this further.
Thanks
On Fri, May 4, 2018 at 8:06 AM, Tonia Perkins <tonia.perkins@trappermine.com> wrote:
Great, I will fill out the information form, prepare the map and get it to Tabetha next week.
Tonia Perkins P.E.
Senior Mining Engineer
Trapper Mining Inc.
Phone: (970) 824-4401
tonia.parkins trappormin0000rrl
From: Musick - DNR, Jason [mailto:jason.musick@state.co.us]
Sent: Friday, May 04, 2018 8:04 AM
To: Tonia Perkins
Cc: Tabetha Lynch - DNR
Subject: Re: Amendment to NOI X-2017-234-02
Good morning Tonia,
If the additional holes fall within the approved exploration plan area then the Division can process this as an
amendment. An amendment form to include all additional information and maps will be required. Additional bond
will likely be required as well.
https://mail.google.com/mail/b/AFXUpf2KOknrBsJS1 sdSC_1 kpNAKzNyNC3rvm6eZKGOdOd1 olixF/u/O/?ui=2&ik=deb7fOcd20&jsver=FPvd7uxXULs.en.&cbl=gmail_fE
