The following items are incomplete for the application to be <br /> processed: <br /> 1. Structure Agreement for the following items per the original permit application not provided for successive <br /> operator. Sample Form enclosed. <br /> a) Above ground power lines and poles along Homestead Road, along the east side of the property and <br /> going to the Carver residence near the northeast corner of the property owned by Delta-Montrose <br /> Electric Association. <br /> b) Waterline along Homestead Road owned by Tri-County Water Conservancy District. <br /> c) Phone line along Homestead Road,along the east side of the property and going to the <br /> Carver residence near the northeast corner of the property owned by Century Link <br /> Communications. <br /> d) Homestead Road near the southeast corner of the property owned by Delta County. <br /> e) One house,three outbuildings,concrete ditches and a barbed wire fence owned by Hugh <br /> Carver on the north side of the property. <br /> f) A concrete ditch along Homestead Road east owned by Jared Graf. <br /> Please return the required documentation to the Division before July 17,2018 to complete the application for approval. <br /> All completed permit documents are required to be submitted for consideration of your Request for Transfer of Mineral <br /> Permit and Succession of Operators Application. An incomplete application will be denied after the 60 day submittal <br /> request, if requested documents or information are not received.
