I am reviewing the Amendment to NOI X-2017-234-02, and we cannot approve drilling gravel holes. That will fall
within our Minerals Division and you will need to go through our Grand Junction office to get approval for the gravel
holes. I am working on the cost estimate for the 3 included Coal exploration holes and will have that to you in an
adequacey letter early next week. I will be in the office next week if you would like to discuss this further.
