EXHIBIT L- RECLAMATION COSTS <br /> The information provided in this Exhibit is intended to satisfy the requirements outlined in Section <br /> 6.4.12 of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board Construction Material Rules and <br /> Regulations: <br /> All Phases have approximately the same area that will be disturbed at one time, therefore this area <br /> is used to calculate the potential reclamation liability. <br /> • West Phase: Mining will begin in the north and progress south. It should take approximately 2 <br /> years. 100%mined and 100% reclaimed. This phase will be mined at the final shoreline <br /> reclamation slope (3H:1V). This phase will require final grading,topsoil placement,seed and <br /> mulch. <br /> ■ East Phase: Mining will begin in the north and progress south. It should take approximately 1 <br /> years. 100%mined and 100% reclaimed. This phase will be mined at the final shoreline <br /> reclamation slope (3H:1V).
