TR 90 was found complete on 4/23/2018. Please find below the adequacy review
issues that will need to be addressed prior to the Division's approval of the revision.
• The Division was contacted on May 111, 2018 by History Colorado requesting information so
that they are able to review the potential for Cultural Resources in the areas proposed for new
disturbance with TR90. The Division will allow History Colorado to complete their review and
provide their recommendations before proposing a decision on this revision.
The Division's proposed decision for this minor revision is currently 6/22/2018. If additional time is
needed to address the issue above, please request an extension of the decision date. If you have any
questions feel free to contact me at (303) 866-3567, extension 8147.
Sincerely,
Tabetha Lynch
Environmental Protection Specialist
1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, CO 80203 P 303.866.3567 F 303.832.8106 http://mining. state. co. us
John W.
