(Colowyo), the Division has the following <br />comments: <br />1. The Division has performed a reclamation cost estimate to reclaim the additional Collom in -pit drill <br />borehole length. In MR -186, the total of in -pit drill holes has decreased from 33 to 27 however, the <br />total length associated with the boreholes has increased from the previously approved MR -174. The <br />calculated cost is based on the difference in total length required to plug the holes. Since Colowyo <br />previously bonded for 33 boreholes, markers and plugs were not included in this cost estimate. The <br />Division calculated the cost for this revision and the total value of this estimate is $13,199.06 (see <br />attached cost estimate). Additionally attached is the task associatedwith all boreholes associated wih <br />the Collom in -pit drilling program to be incorporated into Exhibit 13C. The Division's cost estimate <br />is consistent with previous cost estimates approved by both the Division and Colowyo.
