This information is intended to supplement the Technical Revision <br /> (TR-05) request filed with your office on March 30, 2018 ("TR-05 Request"). <br /> The Adequacy Review Letter stated as follows: <br /> The following clarification is required. Attachment #1 lists four concrete pavement <br /> areas to remain. The Division could not match the dimensions of these four <br /> concrete pads with those listed in the Structure Table on Exhibit SR UP-46.1.
