Black Canyon), Permit No. M-1977-210; Corrective Action Response <br />to the March 21, 2018 Inspection Report. <br />Dear Mr. Cazier: <br />Transit Mix Concrete Co., on behalf of Continental Materials Corporation, is responding to the <br />corrective actions listed in your March 21, 2018 Inspection Report. The corrective actions are <br />followed by our response. <br />INSPECTION TOPIC: Roads <br />PROBLEM/POSSIBLE VIOLATION: Problem No. 1: The road between Phases WP and AP is in especially <br />poor condition requiring a four-wheel drive vehicle and careful navigation of the road. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Provide photographic evidence of road repair and maintenance to <br />remove/repair the erosion rilling in the road designated as a fire escapeway by the Corrective Action <br />Date. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION DUE DATE: 5/21/18 <br />Response: <br />TMCC has graded the road between Phases WP and AP. The roadside ditches have been <br />graded/cleaned as needed. Following are two photographs which show the road being graded. <br />We believe this corrective action has been complied with. <br />
