Box 30 <br />Creston, Colorado 81131 <br />RE: Minerals Unlimited, Inc., Capraro Lease, File No. 81-128, Notice of <br />Violation and Permit Revocation <br />Dear Mr. Cramer: <br />The permit issued to Minerals Unlimited, Inc., under our file #81-128 has <br />been revoked by action of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board at <br />its May 25-26, 1983 meeting. <br />The permit revocation was based on a finding of violation that: <br />Minerals Unlimited, Inc., violated Recital #3 on page 1 of Mining <br />Permit #81-128 issued effective December 17, 1981, which Recital <br />states, "3. the proposed ruining and reclamation operations can be <br />carried out in conformance with the requirements of the Act." <br />The facts which constituted the violation were the operator's inability <br />to gain right of entry upon the lands in order to perform reclamation as <br />described according to the requirements of the Act (the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Act, Article 32 of Title 24, C.R.S. 1973, as amended), <br />said right of entry having been rescinded in Civil Action No. 82CV 2563 <br />of the District Court, County of El Paso, State of Colorado, Order for <br />Default Judgment, dated March 2, 1983. <br />Sincerely, <br />Joseph G.
