The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Min- <br />ingand Safety (Division) has issued an Or- <br />der to Energy Fuels Coal, Inc. to Show Cause <br />why the Southfield Mine permit no. C-1981- <br />014 should not be revoked. The Southfield <br />Mine is areclaimed coal mine consisting of 1 <br />Prairie Mountain Media, LLC <br />.45 acres. The Division has determined that <br />a pattern of violations of the requirements <br />of the Act, Rules, and C-1981-014 permit con- <br />ditions required by the Act exist and that the <br />PUBLISHER'S AFFIDAVIT <br />violations are caused by a failure of Energy <br />Fuels Coal, Inc. to comply with the Act, the <br />Rules, or the permit conditions.
