Road 27, Oak Creek, Coloratlo 80467, has submit
ted an application for a Technical Revisions (TR) to
the Foidel Creek Mine, Permit Number C 82-056.
The revision (TR18-89) atltlresses motlificalions to
the existing Stoker Coal Hantlling System inclutling
the addition of a stoker coal transfer conveyor, a
eninglloading Wilding, a non -spec coal trans,
a tension o the tingg
g, antl realignment of a portion of

existing disturbance areas.
