NOTICE OF INTENT TO EXPLORE INVOLVING REMOVAL OF <br />250 TONS OR LESS OF COAL <br />Williams Fork Land Company <br />West Panel State Expansion <br />Part II <br />3) Right of Entry [Rule 2.02.02(2)(e)1 <br />Right of entry for Williams Fork Land Company to conduct exploration and <br />reclamation of surface owned by the State of Colorado will be granted by the <br />authorization of this Notice of Intent application. <br />4) Description of Exploration Area [Rule 2.02.02(2)(c)1 <br />Exploration Area <br />The exploration area is located immediately north and west of Trapper Mining <br />Inc.'s Trapper Mine Permit, for which any future coal reserves would be <br />acquired. The exploration area totals approximately 132 acres.
