(TC), DRMS Permit No. C- <br />1982-056. Harry Ranney took the photographs and Tabetha Lynch with the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining <br />and Safety (Division) reviewed the photos and compiled the report. The weather appears to have been clear at the time of <br />inspection. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage – Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> <br />Most ponds appear to be holding water and are likely discharging, with the exception of pond C. No snow was present <br />on the mine site. No excessive erosional features were noted. <br /> <br /> <br />Pond F and waste treatment pond area. It appears some culverts may need to be cleared as ponding water is noted. This <br />will be followed-up with next ground inspection. <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />Topsoil piles appear well shaped and stable, and vegetated.
