RP-1 has been <br />reclaimed for several years, the pile is very well vegetated and stable. There were no observed signs of erosion. <br />The perimeter ditches were clear of debris and in good repair. There was not any water flowing in the RP -1 <br />perimeter ditches at the time of the inspection. Refuse Pile RP -2/3/4 is a composed of the combined 2, 3 and 4 <br />refuse piles (Photo 5). The piles have been keyed together for several years. The pile was stable and the outslopes <br />showed no indications of erosion. The top of the pile was graded to promote positive drainage of any <br />precipitation. There were no low spots or ponded water observed. The perimeter ditches for the pile report to the <br />RP -2/3 and RP-4 ponds. The ditches were clear of debris and capable of functioning as des igned. There was not <br />any water observed to be in the ditches. Refuse Pile RP -5a was in good repair during the inspection (Photo 6). <br />The pile has been graded and the material on top of the pile has been spread and compacted. The outslopes of the <br />pile were stable and there were no erosional issues noted. The top of the pile has been contoured to promote <br />positive drainage. There were no low spots or ponded areas observed. The perimeter ditches were dry and in <br />good condition.
