In the event the contractors found that the culvert could not be removed <br />without being irreparably damaged, so instead a longer section was (~330 ft) was left in place. This necessitated a <br />change to the surface topography, which also meant that culvert DG (which conveys disturbed area run-off to ditch <br />D5) had to be left in place. The Division anticipates a Technical Revision to update the permit application packet <br />with the new design as soon as possible. <br /> <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br /> Two temporary office buildings had been installed on the lower pad, near to the shower facility. These <br />buildings are the property of United Companies, a sub-contractor for CDOT. Oxbow’s lease agreement is with <br />United Companies, and requires the building to be removed by September 30, 2018.
