Included in this packet are the signed and notarized Transfer <br /> Agreement, the Demonstration of Leal Right to Enter the Poorman mine Property and the application <br /> Fee. <br /> A Structure Agreement is not needed for this application as the nearest electrical power line is 3,800 <br /> feet away from the mine and the nearest structure of any kind is 4,100 feet away form the Poorman <br /> mine. The enclosed Figure 1 is a map showing the location of each of these structures. <br /> For the Leal Right to Enter proof, enclosed is the original GM3410 lease from the State of Colorado <br /> State Land Board of Commissioners and the recent transfer of that lease from Alvin Mosch David <br /> Mosch and Patricia Mosch to Mosch Exploration &Mining, LLC. In addition, a map showing the <br /> location of the leased State of Colorado land is also included. <br /> Please be aware that the lease is now in the name of"Mosch Exploration & Mining, LLC. The <br /> application we are submitting ask to transfer permit M-1982-058 from Rocky West Mining Corp. to <br /> Mosch Exploration & Mining, LLC, a corporation currently in good standing with the Colorado <br /> Secretary of State's office.
