April 9, 2018 C-1981-015/Fruita No 1 & 2 CCW <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />2018 represents the 9th year since the last reclamation and seeding efforts by the Division. The site <br />appears stable and the vegetation is well established. The Division anticipates collecting vegetation data to <br />document vegetation establishment this Spring. The bench out slope remains stable, though thin of vegetation. <br />REVEGETATION — Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br />Early season forbs are beginning to green up. The region has been unusually dry this winter, with <br />precipitation records lower than average. There has been sediment deposition on the reclaimed bench from a large <br />flow originating above the reclaimed portals in the undisturbed area. This sediment deposition was noted in <br />previous inspection reports.
