22. Lessor Reseravation. Lessor herby reserves the right to place a concrete block plant on <br /> premises not being utilized by Lessee which location will be mutually agreed upon. In <br /> case Lessee cannot produce enough gravel to cover the Lessors operation,the Lessor <br /> can bring in his own crusher to only produce the amount he needs that cannot be met <br /> by Lessee. Lessor will be able to run under Lessee's bond and mining permit as long as <br /> all laws are followed with the exception Lessor will carry his own liability insurance <br /> policy to cover said operation. Lessor is not to use the Lessees equipment for this <br /> purpose.
