S. Describe proposed surface excavation or other land disturbance, including roads, pits,
trenches, waste piles, drill pads and collar areas of underground workings, ponds, etc.
Hubbard Trucking intends to drill FIVE exploration holes as shown on Figure 1 using a
contract rn er. I he holes are to be rotary drilled to a depth of approximately 500 feet.
One drill mud ionroximately 1 Oft X 1 Oft square will be installed for each drill hole to
contain the fines generated during drilling. Drilling is to be performed not far from the
side of the road, agaii i as sl iovvi i oi i Figure 1, allowing easy access to perform tile Work
while minimizing disturbance to the surrounding area. The holes will be probed for
radioactivity using down hole scintillator equipment.
6. Proposed Disturbance (approximate) Describe the proposed drilling to be conducted,
including anticipated number of holes, diameter, depth, location, etc. Submit additional
pages if necessary:
A. Drill Pads:
Average Average
Quantity 5 Width (ft) 30 Length (ft) 60
B. Drill Holes:
Diameter
Quantity 5 Depth (ft) 500 (in) 5.125
C.
