1114" tubing hung from flange/valve assembly on 4.5" casing
with 10' slotted joint in mine horizon for gas sampling.
9-23-15 pulled 1.25" tubing, pushed plug to 60', mix 2x80# sacks concrete and put on top of plug.
9-28-15- use cement truck to fill up 4.5" casing back to surface 1/4 Yd concrete.
