If a statement of reasons is <br />not included in the notice of appeal, it must be submitted within 20 days after the filing of the notice of appeal. <br />Should you appeal, please be aware of your obligations, under 43 C.F.R. §§ 4.1109(a)(1) and 4.1105(a)(5) to also <br />notify other parties, and your obligation under 43 C.F.R.§ 4.1283 to serve personally or by certified mail, return <br />receipt requested, a copy of the notice of appeal and a copy of any statement of reasons, written arguments, or <br />other documents on each party within 15 days after filing the document. Proof of service shall be filed with the <br />Board within 15 days after service.
