Grant of Right of Entry <br /> Emily Lu Croke Estate, is the owner of the land to be mined pursuant to the 112 Reclamation Permit <br /> Application known as the Douglas Mountain Ranch Mine, including the substance to be mined and also <br /> including all subsurface and mineral rights appurtenant to the affected land. <br /> For the purposes of entitlements to operate a construction materials mine, including the referenced <br /> Reclamation Permit, the Emily Lu Croke Estate,grants to Empire Aggregates. Inc., the immediate right to <br /> seek and hold such permits. <br /> This instrument, as signed by the landowner,shall demonstrate for all legal purposes that the <br /> Operator/Applicant has a legal right to enter and mine on the subject property(Record No. 1837-284- <br /> 00-010) in Clear Creek County, Colorado, upon satisfaction of the following conditions: <br /> 1.
