EXHIBIT L WORST CASE RECLAMATION SCENARIO <br /> The worst-case reclamation scenario at the Douglas Mountain Ranch Mine will be at the five- <br /> year mark when the most topsoiling will be required. Beyond that point,topsoiling will be <br /> concurrent and there will not be an increase in the cost requirement. A truck scale and office <br /> trailer will be located near the entrance and will need to be removed. A detailed breakdown of <br /> reclamation tasks is listed below. <br /> Reclamation Tasks and Costs <br /> The following reclamation tasks will be required. <br /> • Remove truck scale and office trailer= $5,000 <br /> • Active highwall knockdown: 500 feet of benched slope bulldozed to final smooth 3H:1 V <br /> at a height of 200 feet.
