The reports were received on; February 1, 2018 (January report), March
2, 2018 (February report) and April 9, 2018 (March and 1St Quarter report). The DMRs
were submitted via email to the Division. The reports cover the time period of January 1,
2018 through March 31, 2018. The Division finds the reports to be in compliance with
Rule 4.05.13(2).
There are three outfalls located at the McClane Canyon Mine: Outfall 001, Outfall 002 and
Outfall 004. During the months of January, February and March of 2018 no flows were
recorded at any of the outfalls; therefore, no exceedances occurred.
This concludes the Division's review of the 1St Quarter 2018 Discharge Monitoring Reports for
the McClane Canyon Mine.
