The site <br />appears stable and the vegetation is well established. The Division anticipates collecting vegetation data to <br />document vegetation establishment this Spring. The bench out slope remains stable, though thin of vegetation. <br /> <br />REVEGETATION – Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br /> Early season forbs are beginning to green up. The region has been unusually dry this winter, with <br />precipitation records lower than average. There has been sediment deposition on the reclaimed bench from a large <br />flow originating above the reclaimed portals in the undisturbed area. This sediment deposition was noted in <br />previous inspection reports.
