The revised CDMG regulancn poses a problem because an <br />engiaem cannot certify constr.ictton of a road which he did not witness or supervise. To do so wculd risk <br />caucellaaon of their pro&ssional iicrose For this reason, it 13 not possible rnr the Caiowyo haul road <br />constriction to be certified by a?
