(Tri-State), is the parent company to <br />Axial Basin Coal Company, which is the general partner to Colowyo Coal Company L.P. (Colowyo). <br />Therefore, Tri-State on behalf of Colowyo is submitting two (2) copies of SL -13. <br />Under SL -13, Colowyo is applying for Phase I bond release on 103.1 acres in the West Pit, Old <br />Administration Building Area, East Pit, and some ancillary disturbance areas to support the Collom <br />Expansion.
