The Applicant and the Objectors further stipulate and agree that they each <br /> reserve the right to propose or to challenge any legal or factual position in any other matter filed <br /> in this or any other court without limitation by these Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, <br /> Ruling and Decree. <br /> 29. Transfer of Conditional Water Right/Change of Address. <br /> Pursuant to Rule 9 of the Uniform Local Rules for all State Water Court Divisions, upon <br /> the sale or other transfer of the conditional water right decreed herein, the transferee shall file <br /> with the Water Court a notice of transfer which shall state: <br /> 1) The title and case number of this case 13CW3053; <br /> 2) The description of the conditional water right transferred; <br /> 3) The name of the transferor; <br /> 4) The name and mailing address of the transferee; and <br /> 5) A copy of the recorded deed. <br /> The owner of said conditional water right shall also notify the clerk of the Water Court of <br /> any change in mailing address. The clerk shall also place any such notice of transfer or change <br /> of address in the case file of this Case No. 13CW3053 and in the case file (if any) in which the <br /> Court first makes a finding of diligence. <br /> 30. Future Diligence Proceedings. If Applicant desires to maintain the conditional <br /> exchange and water rights decreed herein, an application for finding of reasonable <br /> diligence must be filed on or before May 31, 2022, or a showing must be made on or <br /> before that date that the conditional exchange and water rights have become absolute by <br /> reason of the completion of their appropriations. <br /> ENTERED this 23`d day of May, 2016. <br /> BY THE COURT: <br /> James F.
