11.2.8 Amount of water the Applicant proposes to change: The combined storage <br /> in Magic Mountain and the Spec Agg Pit under the Magic Mountain Reservoir priorities will be <br /> limited to 147 acre-feet per year. <br /> 11.2.9 Diversions into the Spec Agg Pit as an alternate place of storage for the <br /> water rights previously decreed to Magic Mountain Reservoir will be limited to the water legally <br /> and physically available at each of the points of diversion for Magic Mountain Reservoir decreed <br /> in the Consolidated Decree (Lena Gulch, up to 2.0 c.f.s., Jackson Gulch, up to 3.0 c.f.s., and <br /> Apex Gulch, up to 3.0 c.f.s.). <br /> 12. Appropriative Right of Exchange <br /> 12.1 Name of Exchange: Coors Lease Exchange <br /> 12.1.1 Exchange-From Point: The confluence of Clear Creek and Lena Gulch <br /> located in the SW '/4 of Section 22, T.3S., R.69W., 6th P.M., as depicted on the attached <br /> Figure 2. <br /> 12.1.2 Exchange-To Points: The upstream termini, shown on Figure 2, are as <br /> follows: <br /> (a) Magic Mountain Reservoir, located on Jackson Gulch, a tributary <br /> of Lena Gulch, tributary to Clear Creek. The southwest corner of its concrete spillway bears N. <br /> 71°20'E. approximately 933 feet from the south corner of Section 10, TAS., R.70W., of the 6th <br /> P.M., Jefferson County, Colorado. <br /> (b) Lena Gulch Feeder Ditch. The point of diversion is located at a <br /> point on the west bank of Lena Gulch Creek from whence the northeast corner of Section 15, <br /> TAS., R.70W. of the 6th P.M. bears north 11 degrees, 0 minutes east, approximately 2050 feet. <br /> (c) Apex Gulch Feeder Ditch. The point of diversion is located at a <br /> point on the south bank of Apex Gulch Creek from whence the southwest corner of Section 10, <br /> TAS., R.70W. of the 6th P.M., bears south 72 degrees, 40 minutes east, approximately 3480 feet. <br /> (d) The Spec Agg Pit, located on Jackson Gulch, tributary to Lena <br /> Gulch, tributary to Clear Creek. The approximate center point of the Spec Agg Pit is located at a <br /> point from whence the northwest corner of Section 15, TAS., R.70W. of the 6th P.M. bears north <br /> 47 degrees, 0 minutes west, approximately 2,200 feet. <br /> (e) Lena Gulch Feeder Ditch No. 2.
