Permittee is automatically covered under the CDPS General Permit for Stormwater Associated with Construction <br /> Activity and must be aware of and comply with requirements outlined in Attachment A; <br /> 2. Permittee shall comply with Municipal Code Chapter 13.30; <br /> 3. Stormwater management practices shall meet the design criteria set forth in the most recent version of the City of <br /> Golden Stormwater Standards Manual; <br /> 4. A site representative shall routinely inspect the site perimeter, disturbed areas, material storage areas and erosion and <br /> sediment control measures to identify necessary repairs and maintenance; <br /> 5. Permittee shall perform maintenance on BMPs throughout construction to ensure effectiveness until final soil <br /> stabilization is achieved and approved by the City; <br /> 6. The SWMP must be regularly updated and reflect site conditions at all times; <br /> 7. Permittee may be required to install additional BMPs due to changed site conditions, BMP ineffectiveness or BMP <br /> failure; <br /> 8. Construction site access shall be routinely maintained to ensure that sediment is not tracked onto streets; <br /> 9. Clearing or stockpiling, except that necessary to establish sediment control devices, shall not begin until all applicable <br /> sediment control devices have been installed; <br /> 10. Soil stabilization shall be performed within 14 days of finish grade; <br /> 11. Permittee shall remove temporary BMPs upon final stabilization; <br /> 12. Storage of chemicals, petroleum and liquid or solid waste must be stored properly as to not contaminate stormwater; <br /> 13. Concrete wash water shall be handled properly as to not contaminate stormwater; <br /> 14. This permit does not authorize discharge of construction dewatering water to surface waters or the storm sewer <br /> system; <br /> 15.
