After reviewing Map M-9 and with no additional conversations proposed <br />for culverts on the 2018 Haul Road a ddition, it is unclear if there are any additional <br />culverts associated with the mentioned road. Please refer to the adequacy question related <br />below. <br />(5) Surfacing – Surfacing discussion is included in the haul road section beginning on page <br />3-169 in Sec tion 3.7.2.4 and presented in Table 3.7-1. <br />(6) Maintenance – Maintenance discussion is included in the haul road section beginning on <br />page 3-170 in Section 3.7.2.5. <br />(7) Reclamation – Reclamation discussion is included in the haul road section beginning on <br />page 3-170 in Section 3.7.2.6. <br />All topics and discussions required under Rules 4.03.1(1)-(5) have been met in Trappers’s PAP. <br />However, I have one adequacy question regarding Rule 4.03.1(4). <br /> <br />1. After reviewing the proposed material with Trapper’s TR-119, it is unclear if additional <br />culverts will be constructed with the 2018 Haul Road addition.
