The report was received by the Division on February 6, 2018, which was in good time. <br />a. Name: Elk Creek Mine <br />Address: PO Box 535, Somerset, CO 81434 <br />Permit #: C1981022 <br />b. 0.0 acres were disturbed during 2017 <br />c. 48.6 acres were reported as backfilled and graded during 2017* <br />d. 48.6 acres were reported as topsoiled during 2017* <br />e. 48.6 acres were reported as seeded during 2017* <br />f. No maps were enclosed with the 2017 report, however a thorough summary was <br />included as Exhibit 1 which details the acreage and status of the various <br />facilities, roads and borehole pads that comprise the 226.99 disturbed acres, as <br />well as the those areas that have been reclaimed. <br />2. Seed used during 2017 was purchased the same year, and letters of certification were <br />included with the report. The certification letters were compared with the seed mixes <br />specified in tables 3, 4 and 5 of Exhibit 2.05-E6 (Revegetation Plan).
