The revision was submitted by C.B. Minerals Company, LLC. <br />All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations in itiate from this date <br />of filing. <br /> <br />TR-21 proposes to modify the reclamation success criteria in the permit application and address the <br />dryland pasture and reference area issues that were discovered last year. The applicant is not <br />proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />The underground coal mining opera tion is on land located approximately 7 miles West of <br />Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The permit area is further described as follows: <br /> <br />T6S, R91W; Portions of Sections 1 and 12 <br /> T6S, R90W; Portions of Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 15 and 16 <br /> <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on the following USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle <br />map(s): Abarr. <br />
