This section is <br />about 100 yards down the ditch from the P9 Pod. <br /> <br /> <br />ROADS – Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) <br />Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) <br />Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) <br />Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> One access road remains on the mine site. The road was approved to remain permanent to support the <br />post mining land use. During the inspection the road was dry in a few locations but mostly muddy and covered <br />with snow drifts. The road was in good condition and no ruts or erosional features were observed. <br /> <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br /> The embankments and associated acreage around the ponds that remains as a part of the permit were well <br />vegetated. The vegetation had not yet greened. Please continue to follow the weed management plan outlined in <br />the C-1981-025 permit to ensure the continued success of revegetation. <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br /> The mine identification signs are located on the fence to the right of the entrance to the mine site (Photo <br />5). The signs were in good condition and contain the required information about the permittee and the Division. <br />Stream buffer zone markers were installed in the early summer of 2017. The markers were in good condition with <br />the exception of the one located to the west of the T -1 Pond. The sign had fallen over (Photo 6). Please re - <br />install the sign . <br />
