", and does not continue onto the next page. <br />Please revise this section to include the missing information. <br />Response: - The referenced information has been reviewed and updated, as appropriate, to include the missing <br />text. The updated materials accompany these responses for insertion/replacement in the PAP. <br />14. The narrative provided in Section 2.04.4 of the permit does not adequately discuss the results of the cultural <br />resources surveys conducted for the mine. The survey results are extensive and difficult to navigate to quickly <br />idents if resources require protection or management. The Division has reviewed the confidential <br />appendices that contain the results of the cultural resource surveys conducted at the Foidel Creek Mine. The <br />table below summarizes the sites found during the various cultural resource surveys that are designated as <br />"listed" on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP), "eligible" or "needs data, " to be listed on the <br />NRNP. The table identifies if the cultural resources survey indicates if protection measures are needed and <br />provides a brief summary of the measures that should be taken to protect these sites. The Division requests <br />the following. <br />a. Please create and add a table similar to the one below to the Permit. The table should idents <br />cultural resources that have been designated as "listed" on the NRHP, "eligible" or "needs data, " <br />to be listed on the NRHP. The table will also need to speck if protection measures are necessary <br />and a summary of the protection measures that will be implemented. <br />b. Revise the beginning of Section 2.04.4 of the Permit to cite the new table created. <br />c.
