We entered at <br />the main entrance. As snow covered most of the site accessibility was limited. The inspection was conducted and <br />the report prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. Jerry Nettleton, mine representative was present <br />throughout the inspection. Main haul roads appeared in good repair, no hydrologic or air quality issues were <br />detected. The weather was clear. <br /> <br />INSPECTION: <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />Topsoil piles are generally marked with red topped t-stakes. A phase III bond release is expected in early <br />summer. <br /> <br />ROADS Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3), 4.03.2(3); Drainage 4.03.1(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance 4.03.1(5) <br />and (6) 4.03.2(5) and (6). <br />o <br />o Roads in and around the facilities were snow covered, appeared in good condition and <br />functioning adequately. <br />o No fugitive dust was noted. <br />o No rutted areas or standing water/ice were noted. <br /> <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE- Rule 4.05 <br />General Requirements 4.05.1; Effluent Standards 4.05.2; Divergence and Conveyance of Overland Flow <br />4.05.3; Diversions 4.05.4; Sediment Control Measures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7; <br />Impoundments 4.05.9; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Underground Mine Entry 4.05.10; Surface <br />and Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13;Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> <br />o Pond 6 was ice covered as observed from above, and no discharge was noted at time of <br />inspection. <br />o Observed, again from a distance the slide area near haul road and pond 6.
