The water year at Elk <br />Ridge is October 1st to September 30th of the <br />following year. Dates received are listed above. <br />3. Filing <br />dates appear to have been generally met at a high <br />consistency. <br />4. Per page 32 in the <br />PAP, reports are to be submitted by 28th of following <br />month. Reports were consistently provided in a <br />timely manner. <br />5.
