Exhibit A — Legal Description and Location Map <br /> The Signal Reservoir No.1 and project permit area are located in the NW1/4 of Section 4, <br /> Township 1 South, Range 67 West of the sixth principle meridian, along the northern border of <br /> Adams County, Colorado. <br /> Specifically the reservoir and permit area lie within the northern one-half of Adams County <br /> Assessor parcel 0157104200001 as shown on the Vicinity Map. <br /> Access to the permit area is via E, 168th Avenue (County Highway 2), one-half mile west of <br /> Yosemite Street and one-half mile east of Quebec Street approximately four miles west of <br /> Brighton, Colorado and three quarters of a mile north of the City of Thornton. The primary <br /> construction entrance to the property is along a short gravel road located on the south side of <br /> E. 168th Avenue at latitude 40.000244 N and longitude 104.893867 W. The access road is <br /> located on property owned by the applicant (TCVMD). <br /> The closest boundary of parcel 0157104200001 lies approximately 570 feet south from the <br /> entry point at E. 168th Avenue.
