The revision was submitted by Trapper Mining, Inc.. All review and comment <br />periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of filing. <br /> <br />This requested PR comprises the five year permit term, 2018-2022. The revision proposes <br />disturbing an additional 564 acres situated within the currently approved permit area during the <br />PR9 permit term. Mining will continue in L Pit and N pit will be reopened. Reclamation will <br />continue in Kimber, Lancaster and Ashmore pits as per the M10 series maps. The applicant is <br />proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />The surface coal mining operation is on land located approximately 6 miles Southwest of Craig, <br />Colorado. The permit area is further described as follows: <br /> <br />Township 5 North, Range 90 West <br /> Section 5 All <br /> Portions of Sections 6, 8 and 9 <br /> Township 5 North, Range 91 West
