The revision was submitted by Trapper Mining, Inc.. All review and comment <br />periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of filing. <br /> <br />Annual Reclamation Report for reclamation completed in 2017. Inclusions comprise the <br />Reclamation Map (map1), developed from aerial imagery obtained in autumn of 2017. The map <br />shows pit advancements, reclamation performed during 2017 for all areas under bond and depicts <br />the extent and location of disturbed acres, graded acres, topsoiled acres and perennial seeded acres <br />for the year; as well as a historical account of all previous reclamation. Trapper disturbed 27.5 <br />acres in L Pit. 44.0 acres in Z Pit were backfilled and graded to approximate original contour, <br />topsoiled, and seeded. The applicant is not proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the <br />area currently approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />The surface coal mining operation is on land located approximately 6 miles Southwest of Craig, <br />Colorado.
