Tom Fry of ERMR was present for the entire inspection. The weather conditions <br />were partly cloudy and the ground was dry. The temperature was approximately 40F. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage – Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> Pond 18 did not contain water. The inlet and spillway structure were clear of obstructions. <br /> <br />Pond 7 contained water but was not discharging (photo 1). The primary and emergency spillways were clear of <br />obstructions and the embankment appeared to be stable. Ditch C18 was in good condition and culverts C174 <br />(photo 2) and C134 were clear of obstructions. <br /> <br />Pond 8 contained water but was not discharging. The embankment appeared to be stable. <br /> <br />Pond 9 did not contain water. The primary spillway was clear of obstructions and the embankment appeared to be <br />stable. The inlet structure was in good condition. <br /> <br />Pond 13 contained water and was discharging (photo 3). The primary and emergency spillways were clear of <br />obstructions. The trench drain was also discharging <br /> <br />The Pond 16 inlet and outlet structures were in good condition. The embankment appeared to be stable. <br /> <br />REVEGETATION – Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br /> The CC irrigation ditch was running. The Morgan field was being irrigated by the pivots and sideroll <br />systems. Irrigation water was running from the Enstrom property, around the northwest corner of the Morgan <br />property to the county road culvert. <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br /> The stream buffer zone signs were in place around pond 13. <br /> <br />TOPSOIL – Rule 4.06
