The <br /> temporary berms along the East side are to be removed for the reclamation of the remaining area east of <br /> the pond. It is anticipated that the Eastern berms contain enough topsoil to provide for the remaining area <br /> for reclamation. If additional topsoil will be necessary for the reclamation,the topsoil can be taken from <br /> the berms along the West or North sides of the Lake.
