Preliminary review of the information received determined that the following items must be <br />received before the Division can consider your application as being submitted and technical review can <br />begin: <br />FINANCIAL WARRANTY (Rule 4.2.4): You must provide a properly executed financial warranty in <br />the amount of $51,014. The amount was calculated using the direct costs provided in the application <br />see attached CIRCES cost breakdown. As previously discussed, 111 permits cannot be amended <br />and DRMS considers this to be a new permit application. Therefore, a new reclamation bond for the <br />full amount required must be provided. DRMS cannot accept an increase rider to a bond provided <br />for a different, previous permit. <br />Application Fee: DRMS cannot call the application complete for review until the application fee of $898.00 <br />is received. <br />Application Form: The application form was incomplete as submitted. Lines 3 (permitted acreage), 13, <br />and 13.1 (start and end dates for operation) were left blank. <br />Exhibit J -- Notice to County Commissioners: The proof of notice to the Weld County <br />Commissioners was not included with the submitted application. <br />Your application will not be considered filed until all the information listed above is received and found <br />sufficient to begin our review. A decision date will be established 15 days from the date of receipt of all <br />of the requested information. <br />You have sixty (60) days from the above date to submit all necessary documents that the Office needs for <br />an application to be considered filed.
