Exhibit B <br /> Applicant: Ames Construction, Inc. <br /> Name of Site: Front Range Feedlot Borrow 2 <br /> Date: March 6,2018 <br /> EXHIBIT B — Site Description <br /> (a) Existing Vegetation and soil characteristics of the site area. <br /> The 12 acres of the permit site are presently developed water resource. <br /> Existing vegetation consists predominately of grasses, topsoil and an <br /> irrigation pond used for aquifer recharging. <br /> The site soils have been classified by the United States Department of <br /> Agriculture as a Dacono clay loam. <br /> (b)List of permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of affected area: <br /> • Decommissioned Coors Energy Company Well; Swanson Farm <br /> #7-27SEG <br /> (a)Water resources in the area of the proposed borrow. <br /> • 100 Year A flood plan runs through the NW corner of the <br /> property but not the proposed borrow (Sand Creek) <br /> (b)Wildlife assessment. <br /> Not required for 111 Special Operations. <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
