truck -loading point, all coal transfers will occur within conveyor or building enclosures, and dust <br />generated at the transfer points will be addressed by a negative -pressure collection and wet -scrubber dust <br />control system. Reclamation of the Stoker Coal Handling System (as modified) will occur in conjunction <br />with reclamation of the Washplant facilities, as described in the approved reclamation plan. <br />Detailed design, operations, and reclamation information for the proposed activities is provided as both <br />revised PAP text and exhibits; and revised maps, reflecting the location and configuration of the new or <br />modified facilities and roads. New and revised PAP materials are identified by the attached Summary of <br />Revisions/Additions. <br />We would like to proceed with this project during the 2018 construction season.
