C... - <br />i. (d) A plan for removal, storage and redistribution of topsoil. <br />The site construction occurred before rules requiring the salvage of <br />topsoil were promulgated. Available topsoil will be re -distributed over <br />the re-contoured site. <br />(e) Revegetation. <br />i. Schedule of Re -vegetation <br />The schedule of revegetation for the majority of the disturbed <br />areas is not possible to predict. When the loadout area is no <br />longer needed by Bowie Resources, LLC or its successors and <br />assigns, it will be reclaimed and re -vegetated. The time frame <br />for the revegetation will vary from as little as five years to more <br />than twenty years from the date at the bottom of this page. <br />Topsoil stockpiles, cut slopes and other disturbed surfaces <br />associated with the mine construction will be revegetated <br />during the first available planting season typically September <br />1 st to November 15th. <br />ii. The revegetation objective for the disturbed area is to achieve <br />a good stand of grass to satisfy the postmining land use of <br />cropland. <br />The following premium irrigated pasture mix will be utilized: <br />30% Regar Meadow Brome <br />25% Potomac Orchardgrass <br />25% Brome Grass <br />20% Tetraplloid Perennial Ryegrass <br />Seeding Rate - 30 to 35 pounds per acre. <br />C " <br />RN -07 2.05-24 02/18 <br />
