It had a floor below grade consisting
of a concrete slab and stem walls. This "basement"
area provided the foundation for a steel clad metal
framed building which housed various pumps, electrical
motors and switchgear. This pump house drawed
water from a substantial pond and used that water to
provide dust control, fire control water to the train
loadout, and irrigation water to the land owner's
orchards.
Reclamation Status: Pump house is located on land
owned by Bradley Investments, LLC. The pumps have
been removed. The basement area was backfilled with
gravel. Reclamation activities occurred in 2007. The
pump house will be a permanent feature for the use
and benefit of Bradley Investments.
ORN -07 2.05-13 02118
