This site is an industrial area that has been <br />permitted as a train load out. No mining related activity has commenced on this site in the construction of the load <br />out facility. The weather was warm, 55 degres F, and dry. There were high fire danger warnings in the valley. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS – Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> Records are stored at the offices of J. E. Stover and associates in Grand Junction. Records were checked <br />and found to be up to date and in good order. <br /> <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> Reed Draw was flowing low flow. The surface of the permit area was dry, with no snow pack on the <br />surface. <br /> <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> The Fruita Loadout is a permitted coal loading facility that has not yet created any disturbance. The site is <br />an existing industrial site that has had previous disturbances. Although no new disturbance have been conducted, <br />extension of the Colorado Riverfront Trail is being conducted south of the permit area. This is unrelated to the <br />load out. <br /> <br />DOCUMENTS RECEIVED NA <br />OTHER (SPECIFY) NA <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br /> <br />No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending. <br />
