Attached are copies of the proposed revised pages from Bowie's RN -7 adequacy response. The Division iocurrently
still in the adequacy process and the attached documents are not yet approved to be the final copies. The Division's
second adequacy review letter will be up on our imaging system within the next couple of days. The PDFafor the

I saw on your website a posting of the response dated Feb 28 to the adequacy letter you sent to BRL. The
responses to the issues on the Load out reclamation were supposedly addressed in a revision -- updated Vol 7
section 2.U5reclamation plan. The Black Bridge Road reconfiguration is supposedly shown on a new post mining
land use Map 8A.
Neither ofthese documents are shown inyour imaged data records. Could you send them tomeseparately?
Additionally, in response to a timeline and updated reclamation cost estimate for the Paonia Load out, these are
supposed in the new reclamation pond pages which were sent to you to be inserted into Volume 7, Tab 3.05.
1 would like access to those documents either on your website or sent to me separately.
We are also interested in seeing the Ownership and control information updated on Volume 1 pages 2.03'2and
2.03'30through 2.O348aoBRLsupplied inanattachment.
If Revised Volume 7, Map 01 and Volume 9, maps 9-2 and 9-5 in any way affect the reclamation areas of the
Paonia Loadout or Steven's Gulch metering point area, please send me those attachments as well.

property owners affected by the lack of reclamation progress deserve to see these revised plans and estimates to
see what Bowie is proposing to do as required for post -mining uses --which under the agreement is to return the
