Please revise the Pre-Blast Survey notice <br /> letter to indicate a pre-blast survey distance of within three-quarters (3/4) mile of the permit <br /> boundary. <br /> Response: Appendix A of the Pre-Blast Survey Plan has been revised to specify a distance <br /> of three-quarters (3/4) mile from the permit boundary. <br /> 3. On at least one Exhibit C — Mining Plan Map, please indicate the three-quarter (3/4) mile <br /> offset from the permit boundary (north and west of the scale house). <br /> Response: Exhibit C-2b has been added to show the three-quarter (3/4) mile offset from <br /> the permit boundary and each house located within this area. <br /> 4.
